Standard
We will start with the Standard clean as the baseline and add specific deep clean areas as requested by the customer. You can pick and choose deep clean areas for a fully customized service. This is great for:
- Exiting renters/homeowners who had regular cleaning service by S3RVE during their lease
- New homeowners who only need a lighter touch clean up before moving day
Platinum
This is the top to bottom deep clean package. We will deep clean all appliances, cabinets, and so on. This is great for:
- Landlords to prepare their units for the next tenant
- Exiting renters who are looking to maximize the return of their security deposit
- New homeowners who want to be sure their new home is a fresh start
Landlord's Package
In addition to your tenant turnover, we will return for quarterly cleans of the residence to prevent damage to your property. Please contact us for a custom quote!
