Property with a Purpose
Did you know that 1 in 5 youth who have aged out of foster care experience homelessness?
In 2021, 310 youth aged out of foster care in Philadelphia; only 139 had a source of income support (44%).* S3RVE wants to close that gap.
Our mission is twofold:
- Eliminate homelessness for the former foster youth of Philadelphia and provide clear career paths to change the trajectory of their lives.
- Develop affordable, quality housing for working-class families in Philadelphia while fostering community engagement.
S3RVE is a social enterprise based in Philadelphia that leverages real estate and residential services to give back. We seek to use our business and platform to expand affordable housing options with premier customer service and provide employment to those at risk in the community. S3RVE is partially staffed with former foster youth who are learning life-sustaining job skills across the many aspects of real estate development through structured internships along with secure housing opportunities. S3RVE is committed to creating sustainable solutions, building bridges within the community, helping connect our interns and residents with local resources, impacting lives and leading positive change.

Brooke Williams, Co-CEO
Brooke started investing in real estate in 2016 and saw an amazing opportunity to leverage this business for a great need she sees in Philadelphia - employment and housing for former foster youth. Coming from a corporate sales background, she brings her drive and business acumen each day to create a social enterprise that fills a very real need in her city.
